I want to lose weight on my inner thighs and lower belly?

I have a kind of good figure but I have been eating kind of unhealthy lately so my figure is getting boxish. My inner thighs always touch and scrape or whatever, and my lower belly bulges! How can I lose all my inner thigh fat and lower belly fat within a week with workouts and a really easy diet. Can I eat my proteins (and other than that) just carrots and water for my diet? What are the best workouts for a better figure and less inner thigh fat?

How to Lose Weight Fast by Drinking Water

First off, I want you to know that it's impossible to spot reduce your weight. There are no exercises that specifically target the stomach and thighs, so you'll have to lose weight all over in order for these areas to slim down. It's perfectly normal for your inner thighs to brush together when walking. That has nothing to do with your weight, it all depends on how wide your pelvis is. Girls with a wider pelvis have thighs that don't touch, and girls with a slightly narrower pelvis have thighs that do. I just don't want you to think that you need to have slimmer thighs in order to achieve this gap. However, if you truly could stand to lose a little weight in your stomach and thigh region, you will not be able to lose it in just a week with a "really easy" diet. It took you more than a week to put on that weight, and it will take you more than a week to lose it. Try making small healthy changes - drink water, eat fruits and vegetables, and replace unhealthy meals with healthier options. You should also try cardio exercises like running, biking or swimming to help slim down your figure. The most important thing that you should take away from this is NOT to starve yourself. When you deprive your body of the nutrients it needs, it begins to break down your muscle, and actually HOLDS ON to the fat. So eating just protein, carrots and water will not help you lose your fat, you'll just be depleting your muscle, which will account for the change in weight on the scale. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, please go about it in a healthy manner.

Questions about getting a breast lift?

When I'm 18 I plan on getting a breast lift. Due to being extremely overweight and losing weight in a fast amount of time has left me with sagging breast and lose skin. It's very unattractive. I've already made up my mind about going through with this. Here are my questions -How much does the surgery cost? Are the scars noticeable even after fading? How long does it take the scars to fade? What are some side affects after surgery?I'm not worried about breast feeding since I'm unable to have kids anyway...

How to Lose Weight on a Budget

I have to disagree with another answerer about the cost. Although many women choose to also get implants when they have a breast lift, not all do. Some women also have breast lifts in conjuction with breast reduction surgery. According to ReaSelf, which is an online forum pretty much dedicated to cosmetic procedures, based on a little over 500 submissions, the average cost is just under $8,000, though it will likely vary by surgeon, location, and whether or not you also get implants. With regard to scars, it depends on several factors. Some people scar more easily than others. Additionally, there are several different scar techniques that surgeons use, and which is selected may be dependent on your anatomy and skin quality, as well as whether or not you will be having implants, a reduction, or neither. This doctor also uses the SPAIR technique, which is a short scar method. Whether or not you would be a candidate would probably depend on the factors listed above. If you check out RealSelf, you can see before and after pictures of women who have had the procedure and share their experiences. Every surgeon is different, and so results may vary depending on the surgeon and the individual. You might also want to check out the ASPS (American Society of Plastic Surgery) website for more information on the procedure.I hope this helps!

  • a breast lift costs the same as getting implants because that's what you're doing, you're getting implants.prices vary by locale & the expertise of your doctor. you could be looking at as little as $2500 or as much as $16000.the scars are on the outside of your breast (the part closest to your arm) & you'll have scars around your areola because they will also have to move your nipples.it takes years for the scars to fade. you have to massage the scars & apply a scar fading ointment like bio oil, vitamin e, or mederma to the scars. the ointment will keep the scars soft & & help fade the scars quicker. the massaging helps the scar tissue remain small so it doesn't build up thick lumps along the incision. again the skilly of your surgeon is important in how noticeable the scars are. if you are a tanner then you are not allowed to tan the first 12 to 18 months after the surgery because UV exposure is not good for scar tissue & it will just make your scars more noticeable. after you heal, it will take about 6 to 8 months for your scars to fade from the surgery but they will still be noticeable to you because you know where to look & it will be a couple of years before the scars fade to the point that YOU don't notice them any more. side effects after the surgery: infection. the implant can break & leak out its contents (due to this risk, I recommend saline instead of silicone. the saline will just be harmlessly reabsorbed into your body but the silicone will just sit there & it could cause medical problems down the road.)and I know you said you didn't care but the lift won't affect your ability to breast feed. they will be removing skin not breast tissue.
