I'm seventeen and want to lose belly fat but how?

What's exercises should I do to lose belly fat? I'm a school most of the day so exercising is difficult but I can till do it! I just don't know how to exercise to lose my belly fat! I'm 175 and want to weigh 140ish and have a flatter stomach! Tell me anything from eating-exercising please!

Hello. What I do is the squat challenge for 30 days. I also do 20 minutes workout. I also have a calories checker. I am doing this for 30 days. And will continue it for another 30 days when my first 30 is up. I just search online for 20 minutes cardio workouts on youtube and stuff and some things come up. I can see little changes but I am only on day 7. So I have a while to go yet. I get a lot of inspiring things online. I search weight loss in instagram and It inspires me that if someone who is bigger than what I am now can do it in 60/30 days then I can. I hope I helped.

If you have a decent amount of self control you can wake yourself up and hour early and work yourself up to running thirty minutes every morning. I started by walking but I was pretty out of shape.. just find your starting point and jog/walk thirty minutes(enough to keep your heart rate up) and each day push a little harder. studies have shown that working out first thing in the morning is easier, healthier and you burn way more calories... its almost like doing twice the workout at night. It will also give you more incentive to eat better throughout the day because you wont want to eat away all the hard work you put in that morning versus the "oh i'll work it off tonight...maybe"

Can I lose Weight by not eating any vegetables but water and exercising?

I'm sorry but I just can't eat vegetables, they're expensive and taste bad. I would rather eat fruits because I like apples, grapes, and bananas but vegetables won't work. I'm trying to lose 10-15 pounds before school starts so I can look slimmer. I do look skinny a little unless I don't pull up my shirt but I want to look smaller though (even though I might look the same). I like water also and drink bottles instead of cups. I exercise an hour a day. Will this all work?P.s- I would eat little junk food like twice a week (ten nuggets or fires, etc..)

I'm going to the gym daily and I watched a video that said fasting is how you maximize weight lost. if this is true how is it possible to fast if you come from a back round of heavy eating? like I tried to fast today I fasted from 3am too 3pm I ate a small chicken salad at 3 pm and I tried not to eat again until tomorrow. but at 7pm I seen a slice that of cake was calling my name and then it was all down hill from there I had a banana and a small bag of cheese doodles. please tell me if there is a better way then fasting if not can you tell me a better way to fasting?

Ask yourself why you need to do it fast. The best way to lose weight is the same way you gained it. Slowly. Write down what you eat and the calories in it. Pick a certain number of day you will try to be within the calorie limits. Also I suggest making some rules like no food after 9pm or no candy in the house or no fried food. And also some exercise you plan to do every day.If you don't do well one day, you can penalize yourself one day. You will have to add one day to your number days being strict.I know a friend who says every 7 days you have to eat whatever you want all day. If your day is Tuesday but you have a birthday party on Monday and you decide you are going to eat cake, then make Monday your day and then the next day is 7 days later.
