How can I make puberty do his work faster?

So i turned 14 this july and i would like to make changes in my body.Right now i have pimples and im pretty sure im on puberty.I'm 5feet and 5inches and i pretty much have this boy body and i want to change and be more manly and tall.before the summer when i was in school i was eating and got out of the house and i was growing taller and taller every week. In the summer i stopped eating that much and i was home all day so i stopped growing taller. As i got back to school everyone was so tall and grown while i didnt really change, only pimples -.-so now i want to grown and if it means eating different food or exercizing more i will do it! i just want to make my body change faster...what do i do?(sorry if i have misspelling or havent use capital letters or i wasnt very clear because im kinda in a hurry and im using my smartphone...)

If you only drink water will you gain weight?

So there's a diet I want to try where you don't eat anything but you drink water the whole day. 2 times the normal amount. I've heard that if you don't eat, your body goes in starvation mode and you gain back a lot of weight. Would that happen if I drink water all the time?
