Lately ive been feeling much hungrier than usual. this is what i ate today: a cinammon raisin bagel, 3 pieces of toast, a granola bar, some sun flower seeds, 2 oranges, 2 pieces of cheese, a peach with some greek yogurt, 4 ravioli with a little bit of marinara sauce, and a few egg whites. im 14 and go to school, i drink a lot of water. im a girl too but idk why im eating so much now? should i hold back so i dont gain weight? thanks!
