Why am I so lazy and fat?

I'm overweight and I want to do something, but whenever I try I don't stick with it.. Like i'll want to workout, so I go for a jog or whatever, and then after a day or two I quit. I'm always thinking about losing weight, but I can never stick to doing something about it.. Sometimes I think about throwing up everything I eat, but I know it's not healthy.. I just want this weight gone fast.. ( I'm about 190lbs )

The best way to stop eating bad foods is to just literally chuck them all into the bin, right now! Don't buy them at the supermarket either, buy good healthy foods! One chocolate block will have 1325 calories which would take around 2 hours on the bike when for a WHOLE cup of blueberries it's only 80 calories! A good youtuber for weight loss and excercise is a youtuber called Casey Ho and her account name is "Blogilates" and she's really enthusiastic and her workouts are fun and effective!

  • I want to lose weight , but how? If you made a comprehensive research and have not found any metabolic disorders must understand one simple thing that you eat more than you should. Should take the time to create other eating habits and move to separate eating ! For example, a soup that fits into half-starved period. No longer needed to accrue extra calories because they day by day " stretch " your stomach. You can change your habits by the composition and quantity of products that allow you to maintain a healthy weight throughout life. However, for weight loss , you must go to the other extreme .And another thing to remember . When you have decided on a diet , strive to reach medical standards . This means if you have 25 extra pounds to get rid of all twenty-five - not five or ten . Remember, fat - they depend on large endocrine gland that secretes substances that contribute to the increase of stored deposits. Therefore, the lower percentage of body fat, less , regardless of belonging to a given genotype , you are prone to obesity. And the question : How do I lose weight? - Would be superfluous. With normal weight , you'll be able to eat whatever you want without gaining too much!
  • Im also on a diet & let me tell you ' the first week was the worst!! Especially living in a house where everyone eats as they please. After I started seeing the pounds drop I got motivated to workout & lose weight more quickly! Lost almost 10lbs in a week. Good luck!

Hungry all the time, even after eating?

I've been trying to become fit through exercise and eating healthier for about three weeks now. But it seems like my hunger drive is all messed up!i have been getting hungry very shortly after eating. For example, yesterday I actually indulged and had a bacon cheeseburger. I felt hungry within 20 minutes of eating that when I should have been very full! Aside from that indulgence, I have been getting hungry about every two hours, which is really annoying, or even right after I eat a satisfying, healthy meal. What's going on? How do I reset body's malfunctioning hunger drive?Although I am trying to function at a calorie deficit to achieve weight loss, it is not a huge deficit, and I believe I have been eating a reasonable amount of calories. E.g, I have lost about 1 lb in the last week, so although I haven't been tracking calories, (I'm trying to change my lifestyle, not diet!) this rate of weight loss indicates to me that what I've been doing is reasonable.Yes, I have been drinking more than usual, actually. I figured it was the exercise causing me to do that, as I did not used to take in much fluids at all - maybe only 2-3 glasses a day. Now I'm sipping water all day long, so probably 5 glasses or so per day.Yes, my body fat % is quite high; I am exercising and eating to produce a calorie deficit that should result in a weight loss of 1-2 lbs per week. This hunger issue started after I started my exercise and changed my eating to be more healthy.

Is your body fat percentage outside the healthy range? Having a body fat percentage above or below the healthy range (6.0% to 17.9% for a male; 14.0% to 24.9% for a female) can have an effect on your hunger patterns. If this is the case, you may see improvements when you reach a healthy body fat percentage, and if you do not see improvements, you may want to see a doctor to determine what else could be affecting your hunger patterns. If you do not know your body fat percentage, you can calculate it at https://sites.google.com/site/calculateyourbmi/all-calculators/body-fat-percentage-excel_version/calcbodyfat-waistandhipsforchest .EDIT: Maybe you should talk to a doctor about it then. A doctor may be able to assess what could possibly cause the hunger. Or, you may need to evaluate your calorie intake. If the hunger started after you started exercising, you may just not be eating enough for the exercise you are doing. A metabolic calculator can be found at https://sites.google.com/site/calculateyourbmi/all-calculators/bmr-calculator , where you can calculate your basal metabolic rate (BMR) and use that BMR calculation with your activity level to estimate your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE), or daily calorie needs as that webpage calls it. You need to eat at least 80% of your TDEE to avoid starvation (a loss of 1 pound in a week indicates a deficit of 500 calories per day, and is therefore good only if you burn at least 2500 calories per day). If the problem still can't be resolved, you may want to see a doctor, who will likely do a full assessment of all possible causes of your hunger problem.Good luck.
