I can't lose my belly fat :/?

I have lost 2stone since last year but i still have a fat stomach! I exercise 5/6 per week and have cut down on calories I dont know where i am going wrong. I have been trying out vibration plates and been doing them for 3 weeks now but i am unsure wether it will help on top of all my other exercise which is 60minute walks one day and 60minutes of aerobics the next. Anyone got any ideas?

How to Lose Weight & Keep a Healthy Looking Face

To maintain your weight, the body needs to consume about 10 calories per pound. For example, if you weigh 150pounds, your body should consume 1500 net calories per day to maintain. Meaning if you go on a treadmill and burn 300 calories, you should add those calories to your consumption. If you want to LOSE 1 pound per week, then you need to subtract 500 calories to your net consumption. For example:if you consume 1500 cals you should burn 500 working out. or workout 300 and cut back 200. your net will be 1000.break your calories out evenly to prevent you from going hungry. 300 cal breakfast, 100 cal snak. 300 cal lunch, 100 cal snak, then dinner.drink lots of water (divide your weight by 2 and thats the amt of ounces ur body needs.) 150lbs/2= 75 ounces of water)sometimes when you're dehydrated your brain sends hunger signals. Also, supplementation is very important to help boost your metabolic rate. This backfires badly. You either quit or gain even more from retaining what you consume instead of using it up as energy!!!Hope this helps!Epi

  • I love answering these questions because I have the perfect answer. It all starts with the "afterburn effect" I could describe it to you but there's this program that my uncle used (he was 300 pounds!) and he desperately needed to loose weight. After he lost weight he still couldn't strive to loose that little extra body fat which I mean he was a lot skinnier which i told him you don't need a six pack to be healthy but he wanted to take the challenge I guess. A few months later I came to visit him and he had rock stone hard abs I was like wtf! How?! He told me six pack shortcuts, it's the guy on YouTube but he also has a website and the link I'm going to copy and paste below has him describing the afterburn effect because I don't want to, it's too long and look how much I typed already!! This I promise you will help you loose weight because I even tried it myself. It's great going to the beach and having people ask you what your secret is. I promise you it's the afterburn effect. And here's the video on how it workshttp://sixpackshortcuts.com/?gclid=CPqyiNWgo7kCFQ6f4Aod_jEAig
