How to Lose Gained Weight After Bariatric Surgery
Recommended Answer:
Strengthen your abdominal muscles. You can be thin and have a bulging belly if your stomach is too weak to hold your innards firmly in place.I explained it to someone else as a sack of potatoes: Your innards are the potatoes and your abdominal wall is the sack. A loose sack allows the potatoes to bulge. A tight, firm sack will hold the potatoes in place.Other Answers:
- You shouldn't think that about yourself! You're in 8th grade, so you're more self-conscious. If you think that you're "fat," than work out and have a weight-loss plan. Good luck(:
- Eat healthier and be active if you're unhappy although your weight is fine.Instead of focusing on losing wight focus on working out and gaining muscle to get toned.
- More exercise buddy
- Don't feel bad, You can start exercising and eating healthy food and you will look great.
