is my workout good to get faster stronger and lose weight?

I do 75 pushups a day (15 minutes) and bike to a basketball court which takes about 10 minutes. But when you run suicides how fast should you run? Like should you jog it out at your own pace? Or run as fast as you can for every suicide? Pretty much it's August 1st , my goal is to run as many suicides as I can for 45 minutes the first day , as every day goes by I want to run 1 more than the other. After this intense workout I am going to work on basketball by shooting the ball and doing a bit of dribbling for a good solid 30 minutes. I won't do pushups or play basketball the day I go to the gym which is Monday, Wednesday, Friday. By the way I take Sundays off. I do have a diet which will help me recover and lose weight at the same time safely. I am 138 pounds (63kg) , 5ft5 , and 14 years old. When I lift weights I'm doing basic arm exercises that focus on my biceps, triceps, shoulders, and forearms. This is a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes the days I don't go to the gym, and when I do go workout in the gym with the suicides, it's about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

  • Many people spend endless hours in the gym working on heir abs only to become frustrated to find that they are making very little progress with the appearance of their abs. They may try increasing weight, or increasing reps of their workout in hopes that this will help, but the truth is, it won't/A popular myth about abs is that ab crunches, along with other ab routines will give you perfect six pack abs. Unfortunately, that's not how it works. The truth about abs is having a ripped stomach isn't as much about the ab workouts you perform, but about the fat you burn and diet you eat. What does this mean? It means less strengthening and more conditioning. Many people tend to confuse strengthening the abs, with workouts such as ab crunches, sit ups, and leg raises, with toning the abs. Ab workouts are great if you want to have a stronger stomach, but they will by no means give the "ripped" look many people strive to achieve. If what you're aiming for is a ripped 6 pack, (or 8,10 or 12 pack if you're feeling ambitious) then your focus should be more on diet and cardio, not the ab workouts themselves. This is not say to say that ab workouts are not important. Ab workouts will give you a stronger stomach, and are still very important component to having great healthy abs, but in truth, the real trick is to burn fat. You could have the strongest abs in the world, but if there's a layer of fat covering them, it would never show.If ripped abs are what you're going for, your aim should be to have a flat lean stomach, and the way to a flat ripped stomach is through diet and cardio.A few diet tips for obtaining great abs are:1. Don't skip meals Skipping meals can slow your metabolism and cause fat build up. Why does this happen? When we skip meals, our body becomes unsure of when the next meal may be coming. As a result, it will store extra fat to ensure it has enough energy to keep our bodies running properly.2. Run at least 20-30 minutes everyday If you take the time and effort to run everyday for at least 20-30 minutes, you'll be doing your abs wonders. Not only will this be great for burning fat, but it also takes some pressure off from your diet since running everyday will cause you to burn a great deal of calories. The runs don't have to be vigorous, just a light jog can show great results within a few weeks.3. Drink Water Water keeps our body running at optimum levels and helps burn fat. Most people don't drink nearly enough water, and as a result, their bodies suffer. It's best to drink 8-10 glasses a day, but if you're working out, or just want to be a little more hydrated, more won't hurt. It is possible to drink too much water, but so long as you're not drinking a gallon in under an hour, you're body will be able to handle it, and you'll be feeling great.
