How to lose about 10-15 pounds in 3 weeks?

I'm a bit over weight and I would like to lose about 10-15 pounds in 3 weeks. I mainly have the weight around my stomach & legs. What exercises or diets would I have to do to lose the weight?

  • Of course a bad answer would be to stop eating.. cause that's just wrong, but I suggest you look out for cross-fit. they have there own website with a workout everyday to get you very fit.. if your a girl, don't worry your not gonna become jacked.. your just going to get fit.. if your a guy, well your going to get fit and in the long term jacked. it might not be the best option for losing weight fast but it is the best for good fitness. I guaranty if you follow every workout everyday(including rest days) you'll lose between 5 and 15lbs in 3 weeks.now if you rly just want to lose weight, you should look up interval training on Google, it is one of the best ways to lose weight fast. it includes running, swimming, spin bikes and a lot of other exercises.......
